FastHire is not a full applicant tracking system, and it does not try to be one. A full ATS is built for companies hiring all year round, with pipelines, scheduling, offer letters and reporting. If you hire a handful of people a year, most of that sits unused while you pay for it.

FastHire covers the part that takes the most time for a small team: getting a fair, readable view of every applicant for one job. When you have decided who to talk to, you export the data and continue in your inbox, your calendar or your ATS.

How it works

  1. Paste your job ad or a link to it. You confirm the requirements and the pay range.
  2. Candidates see the same evidence sheet before they apply, so the people who apply have checked their fit.
  3. You read each applicant as a sheet: every requirement next to the CV passage that supports it, labelled found, related or none.
  4. You reply to everyone, then export and hand off. Candidate data is deleted on a date set when the job closes.

Questions

Is FastHire a full applicant tracking system?

No. FastHire handles one job at a time: the job ad, the applications and the screening. It does not run interview scheduling, offers or onboarding. If you already have an ATS, you export from FastHire and carry on there.

Do I need an ATS to use FastHire?

No. Many small businesses hire a few people a year and do not need one. FastHire gives you a clean way to run each hire and delete candidate data on schedule afterwards.

What does it cost?

Who decides who gets hired?

You do. FastHire shows the evidence for each requirement. It does not score, rank or reject anyone.
