For employers
Read the evidence, not a score. Every applicant has already seen the same sheet and chosen to apply.
What you get
- One evidence sheet per applicant: each requirement next to the exact CV passage, labelled found, related or none.
- You set the must-haves. A simple filter shows who has a found passage for each, and tells you how many it hid. Nobody is silently dropped.
- Candidates answer your yes/no questions themselves, such as right to work or start date.
- Applicants arrive in the order they applied. No ranking, no scores, no shortlist made for you.
- You and your team read the evidence and make every decision.
What an evidence sheet looks like
| Requirement | Label | CV passage |
|---|---|---|
| SQL | Found | “Wrote and maintained SQL reports for the finance team.” |
| Dutch, B2 or higher | Related | “Worked in a Dutch-speaking customer team for two years.” |
| Power BI | None | No passage found in the CV. |
