Requirement-by-requirement evidence

Most screening tools turn a CV into a number. You cannot see why one applicant got 82 and another got 64, and neither can the applicant. FastHire does the opposite: for each requirement you set, it shows the passage from the CV that supports it and labels it found, related or none.

SQLFound“Wrote and maintained SQL reports for the finance team.”
Dutch, B2 or higherRelated“Worked in a Dutch-speaking customer team for two years.”

No black-box ranking

  • No scores, percentages or tiers.
  • Applicants arrive in the order they applied.
  • A must-have filter tells you how many people it hid, so nobody is dropped silently.
  • Candidates see the same sheet before they apply.

Fair review switches

You decide how you review. You can hide names and photos while you read the evidence, set the must-haves before the first application arrives, and use the same questions for every applicant. Right to work and start date are answered by the candidate, never guessed.

Questions

Does FastHire rank resumes?

No. Applicants appear in the order they applied. There is no score, percentage or shortlist made for you.

What if a CV uses different words for the same skill?

Passages that are close but not exact are labelled related, so you can read them and judge for yourself instead of losing the applicant to a keyword filter.

Can candidates apply without the evidence check?

Yes. Every job offers an equally visible way to apply without it, and a person reviews those applications too.
