FastHire is not live yet. This site only collects what you give us to join the waitlist or to send us feedback.
Who we are
FastHire is operated by the same owner as AskTheRecruiter (asktherecruiter.com). We are the controller of your waitlist data.
What we collect and why
Your email address and whether you are an employer or a candidate. If you give them, your company name, country and beta invite code. We also record the date you joined, the campaign link you arrived from (for example a utm_source tag, otherwise "direct") and, if you do not choose a country, the country your connection comes from as reported by our network provider. We use it only to email you about FastHire opening, its launch and your beta invite. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
If you use the Feedback button, we receive your star rating, any comment you type, the page you were on and, only if you enter it, your email address so we can reply. We use it to improve FastHire, on the basis of our legitimate interest in hearing from visitors. It is stored with AskTheRecruiter's support messages (database hosted by Supabase in the European Union, notification email sent through Resend) and kept until you ask us to delete it.
Who processes it
We store the waitlist with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), an email service in the European Union, acting as our processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. If we enable the optional Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on the form, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until we stop the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Contact us via the contact form. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; in the UK the ICO).
